The 8 districts are: Huangpu, Nanhui, Luwan, Changning, Jing'an, habei, Putuo, Xuhui, Hongkou, ~angpu, Minhang, Baoshan, iading, Fengxian, Songjiang, Jinshan, Qingpu and Pudong Newly eveloped District. One county is Chongming.
